• 8+ years of experience with hands-on Java development (they currently use version 8 and are transitioning to version 11)
• 1-2 years of experience with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Services (preferred)
• Experience designing and implementing architecture built on Microservices and Event Driven Design using Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience python development

Plusses:

• Working on various development initiatives throughout the group using Java = version 8 and version 11
• Moving applications into Azure Kubernetes Services
• Troubleshooting issues on a remote distributed system
• Working in a Scale/Safe Agile environment
• Developing and deploying applications in AKS
