• Bachelors degree with 10+ years of related IT experience focused on large deployments and implementation, including significant experience managing teams on technical projects
• Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes are required: SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps, SAP ChaRM, ITIL tools processes, HP Service Manager, quality management tools, project implementation and production support experience
• Project management skills with strong experience Service transition projects experience
• Project management activities under client guidance
• Creation of transition plan from Project to DevOps team
• Identify various tracks for the transition, engage with various team and track the progress
• 3+ years focused on managing IT transitions
• Experience managing IT Operations and DevOps desirable
• Experience in CPG industry preferred
• Experience with application managed services or vendor management desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively across project teams
• Proficient in written spoken English
• Knowledge of integration points between business processes.
• Solves highly complex problems within their work team
• Ability to manage budget
• Demonstrates the desire and ability to develop new technology skills, business knowledge, and customer service capability through training, experimentation, and self-study
