1. Need Retail / eCommerce / Order management background.
2. Gathering Requirements and document them as user stories. Excellent Analytical skills. Requirements analysis and process mapping. Ability to communicate translate seamlessly between business and IT.
3. Retail Industry background with experience with WMS, OMS and eCommerce. Experience working on Agile projects.

1. Experience in working with tools such as Visio, Jira, Rally etc or equivalent.
2. Understand IT architecture and tools, solution design etc.

• A Senior Business analyst with experience in Retail domain.
• Must have prior experience and functional knowledge on eCommerce, Warehouse management systems and Order management systems.
• Gather requirements by facilitating workshops and meetings with Product, business and IT teams and document them as user stories.
• Perform requirements analysis and process mapping.
• Ability to communicate / translate seamlessly between business and IT.
• Experience working on Agile projects.
• Experience in working with tools such as Visio, Jira, Rally etc or equivalent.
• Applicant must be able to demonstrate Independence and autonomy when completing projects.
• Previous experience in Interacting with clients to understand and clarify functional/non - functional technical requirements.
• Should coordinate with client and offshore team to complete required Development work adhering to timelines and quality parameters set.
