1. In depth knowledge of various CRM, billing, Order management and product catalogue products
2. Exposure and knowledge on TM Forum, eTOM, SID, TAM models
3. Capable to design cloud based solutions

• Work with client SME s to define the requirements and design approach, milestones etc.
• Analyze the different systems, data and processes to identify automation, optimization and improvement opportunities.
• Document scenarios and business use cases for solution design and development
• Translate high - level business requirements into user stories and specifications.
• Identify bottlenecks issues in the applications processes and provide recommendations.
• Functional testing of the deployed enhancements\defects.
• Status reporting in scrum meetings.
• Request and change management
• Participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients business needs.
• Team coordination in global delivery model.
