• Business analyst expertise with hands on Cable domain experience with knowledge in Billing Systems like CSG and ICOMS
• Working knowledge in Requirements gathering and translating into Technical specification documents
• Experience in building Prototypes and wireframes
• Proficient in tools like Service Now, POSTMAN, JIRA, SOAP UI
• Experience in Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools
• Experienced in Java and web APIs
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work from client office from day 1
• Willingness to work in Onsite offshore model
