Detailed Job Description:
- Must be min .6 years of Testing experience in Software Industry with 3 years of relevant Automation exposure
- Experience in Test Automation using Selenium including Framework development, Framework maintenance, Framework Optimization, Automation Strategizing, Automation Planning and Automation Test Execution
- Knowledge in Core Java, Selenium, Oracle DB, Web Services, Agile, DevOps, SQL
- Work with the testing and development team in requirement and design reviews.
- Create and execute simple to complex test scenarios and cases.
- Track and monitor defects.
- Knowledge of agile testing methods.
- Subject matter expert from a software testing perspective for application(s) in assigned portfolio.
- Understand business, functional, and technical aspects for applications in assigned portfolio.
- Create Traceability matrix for mapping the Test Scripts and the Requirements to check whether the requirements are properly covered.
- Create and execute detailed test cases, expected results, and maintain the artifacts like test logs, test reports, test issues, defects in Rally.
- Identify the test cases for automation from existing test case documents and for new/ enhanced functionality.
- Experience in executing Selenium Automation Scripts.
- Understand application landscape (e.g. application architecture, physical and logical deployment, interfaces, dependencies) for applications in assigned portfolio.
