• Project Management Support in Customer Experience (sales and marketing support areas)
• IT infrastructure, applications, etc. thorough knowledge of MS Office suite Excel (munging data pivot tables), Powerpoint, Word
• Awareness of the Customer Experience area (ie. User journey, customer support, branding) along with how it integrates with Supply Chain.

1. Communication ie. Updating smartsheet and verbiage in WSR
2. Project Open tracking, follow thru
3. Meeting scheduling and ensuring key participants have confirmed attendance.
