Detailed Job Description:
Basic:
- Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with IT
- At least 5 years of hands on experience in automation testing using Java, Selenium in Banking Domain
- 2 years of API testing experience using any of java based open source framework
- Strong understanding about UI and API testing using BDD approach
- Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle
- Hands on experience in Java Programming and UI test automation.
- Experience in designing and building test automation framework
- At least 3 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables
- Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model
- Experience in creating Automation Test Strategy and Test Plan
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support testing lifecycle activities
- Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes
- At least 4 years of experience on Functional Testing, test execution analysis reporting
- At least 5 years of experience in using any programming language like Java or C#, VB Scripts
- Thorough understanding of test automation, UI/Backend test automation concepts
- Good Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Abilities in Test Strategizing, planning and co - ordination.
- Experience in delivering projects in agile methodology
- Ability to contribute towards in depth technical content required on test automation proposals
- Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements
- Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
