Detailed Job Description: 

• Plan for and ensure quality and timelines of implementation of activities related to process design and developing detailed scope document for IT infrastructure
• Contribute in activities related to risk planning, requirement elicitation, analysis of IT Infrastructure architecture, creation, and review of design
• Support proposal creation activities and participate in the solution design for the given requirement.
• Co - ordinate with all stakeholders for scoping, issue resolution and status updates
• Come up with requirements document and traceability matrix by participating in the requirements elicitation workshops
• Well versed in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and Infrastructure support activities across levels (L0, L1, L2, L3 L4)
• Basic knowledge on various Infra technology landscape (Compute, Storage, Network, Database)
• Analyze Critical, High, and Medium production issues and find automation possibilities
• Create analysis report for top issue types, root causes, applications and processes that contributed to recurring issues

Minimum years of experience: 10+
