• Hands on experience on L2/L3 PostgreSQL and MySQL database Administration
• Basic Knowledge on Mongo DB and Cassandra
• Good in performance tuning both database and query level
• Install and maintain the performance of database servers.
• Develop processes for optimizing database security.
• Set and maintain database standards.
• Manage database access.
• Database upgradation and migration.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors
• Well versed in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and Infrastructure support activities across levels (L0, L1, L2, L3 L4)
• Analyze Critical, High, and Medium production issues and find automation possibilities
• Create analysis report for top issue types, root causes, applications and processes that contributed to recurring issues
• Develop client specific templates, reusable artifacts to support a wider team at large scale
• Develop scripts to improve Infrastructure processes
