• Conduct due diligence and solution design/Scope documentation/SOPs creation As -Is vs To-Be state
• Guide in execution of Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Performance, and Availability Management
• Well versed in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and Infrastructure support activities across levels (L0, L1, L2, L3 L4)
• Develop AS-IS to TO-BE model based on the legacy IT Infrastructure due diligence
• Experience in Infra technology landscape Server, Storage, Database, Middleware and Network
• Strong hold on designing, integrating, and managing complex infrastructure solutions
• Taking charge of the software and hardware installations, specification, testing and service transition
• Participate in managing, prioritizing, break-fixing activities, minor enhancements, problem management, stability analysis, etc
• Identify the potential technology innovations and engage with businesses
• Establishing trust and collaborative working relationships with the clients including participating in client workshops
• Analyze Critical, High, and Medium production issues and find automation possibilities
• Create analysis report for top issue types, root causes, applications and processes that contributed to recurring issues
• Develop client specific templates, reusable artifacts to support a wider team at large scale
• Develop scripts to improve Infrastructure processes
