• Experienced on various B2B Sterling Products like Sterling Integrator, Sterling File Gateway and Control Center.
• Good knowledge on SI application Performance/Health/configuration
• Good Understanding on transmissions protocols (HTTPS,sFTP,AS2,FTPS, VAN & CD etc.)
• Preparing and working on weekly reports
• Drive client calls and provide solutions
• Understanding a customer environment and their applications
• Train the team as and when required
