• Develop and document QA strategy, methodology, plan and schedule, review and reach an agreement with key technical and business stakeholders
• Develop QA test scenarios, scripts, and cases - functional and non-functional
• Prepare for test execution by establishing test data sets and contracts
• Define quality standards and metrics, measure them throughout testing
• Participate in end-to-end system and coordinate UAT testing
• Track testing progress, test case results, defects
• Coordinate defect resolution and regression testing
• Manage priorities for successful test execution
• Manage risks and issues that affect the testing scope, schedule, quality
• Participate in system testing and UAT testing
• Provide daily metrics and weekly status
• Use of test management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, google docs, JIRA)
