Detailed Job Description:
  • Business Analysis role with gathering requirements, documenting user stories and functional design.
  • Overall responsibility for project functional leadership, working across the project team and client, technical and business process stakeholders to put together an integrated Salesforce execution plan that meets project requirements.
  • Coordinate efforts with the technical team, business process owners and other stakeholders to perform gap analysis of as - is and to-be environments.
  • Direct the requirements and business transformation and engineering implementation plan of Salesforce Solution.
  • Assess the architecture environment and requirements and design scalable, high performing solutions to meet end-to-end integration requirements as it pertains to data architecture, development lifecycle, testing, deployment, access management and governance.
  • Analyze customer requirements and business requirements, develop architecture concept and level of effort of solution in Salesforce Platform.
