• 3+ relevant years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• BPM/Workflow experience
• Background in user experience, UI design. 
• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile scrum 
• Very strong Agile experience, experience in handling PBR s. 
• Requirement Gathering, Documentation. 
• Exposure working in Jira or other equivalent software
