The scope of work is to provide the full range of Systems Analyst skills in support of
the Information Technology Division's network and desktop infrastructure
projects.
The consultant will be responsible for the following:
• critical analysis and documentation of technical options, products and
approaches
• eliciting, analyzing and documenting project requirements
• ensuring that technical and business requirements are complete and
representative of stakeholders' needs
• identifying and doumenting project issues, risks, assumptions, constraints
and dependencies
• creating diagrams and other visual aids to convey functional and
technical requirements and solutions
• developing communication plans, workflow diagrams, change
management plans, implementation plans and test plans
• ensuring that requirements are met by the proposed solution
• supporting system testing and system deployments
Skills
· advanced experience in technical Systems Analysis Required 10 Years
· hands-on systems analysis and technical requirements gathering skills Required 10 Years
· critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills and abilities Required
· in-depth knowledge of and extensive experience with traditional systems Required 10 Years
