• Should have 12+ years exp. of SAP PA / OM, SAP Time Management, SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Should be Hands on SAP Payroll and Time Configurations especially Rules and Schema
• Also should have experience on Data conversion in HCM.
• Should have knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Knowledge of SAP UI5, CPI, BRF+
• Candidate must possess good communication skills and should be able to lead the complete program and provide the business solutions.
