Detailed Job Description:

• Overall experience: 10+ years in an engineering capacity, 5+ years in engineering leadership (tech lead - or better)
• React Native Experience: 4+ years of continuous experience / Advanced or better
• Native iOS Experience (Swift, etc.): Proficient or better
• Native Android Experience (Java, Flutter, etc.): Proficient or better
• Understanding of applicable security protocols, including OIDC, SAML, etc.
• Understanding of limitations and capabilities of React Native and ability to create shims/components as necessary
• Understanding of performance analysis and tuning of mobile applications
• Leadership to see a mobile application through the full development process, i.e. development, testing, deployment to app store

Preferred Experience:

• Backend development experience using .NET Core or Java
• Understanding of cloud-native (12 factor) development concepts
• Serverless and/or Container based development (Kubernetes, Docker, Openshift)
