Experience in report dashboards configurations
- Extensive experience and hands - on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional team
- Ability to analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirement and should be able to effectively communicate with both Business and dev team on the same.
- Converting business requirements to Epics and Stories
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for end-user community. Provide CRM expertise to streamline, automate, and standardize core business processes on SFDC platform
