8 - 10 years of SAP experience in business process definition, requirements definition, solution architecture
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Customer Service(CS) and SAP Plant Maintenance(PM) Modules.
Minimum 2 implementation projects and experience in delivering multiple enhancements in SAP CS /SAP PM modules.
To be able to transforms detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Designs long-term, reliable, and adaptive technical architectures, and be able to implement it in SAP.
Experience in SAP CS including but not limited to: CS organization structure, service notifications, service orders, repairs and returns, service order settlement, warranties, contracts, maintenance Plans, master data, Credit/Debit Memo, resource related billing, stock transfers.
Experience in SAP PM including but not limited to: maintenance orders, PM master data, work order planning, scheduling and costing, functional Locations, labor confirmations / installed base, serial numbers, equipment
Configure, and maintain the relevant ECC components that support the Plant Maintenance and Customer Service Process processes
Experience in provide ancillary support for the relevant ECC components that support the SAP Materials Management(MM) processes
Experience in integrations of SAP CS and SAP PM with including the interactions between SD, MM/IM, FICO/COPA
Strong experience implementing Enhancements, writing functional specifications for RICEFW ALE / IDOCs, LSMW and RFC Interfaces.
Experience in a client facing role: communicating and reporting plans, schedules, reporting issues, and progress to client executives and stakeholders
Preferable Experience in Process Industries, Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Industry
