Detailed Job Description:

• SAP Consultant with minimum 3 years experience in OpenText VIM SAP
• Preferably with one or more full life implementations in VIM/OCR.
• Working experience on VIM process step config, VIM workflow setup, worked for PO and Non PO based invoices along with material and service based invoices.
• Knows the integration of VIM with FI (FI-AP knowledge is expected), knows the VIM analytical reporting set up etc.
• Good Knowledge in all VIM Components - Archive Server, Document Pipeline, automating invoice data entry using ICC/ BCC, OCR, Enterprise Scanner, OT image viewer. (Extended ECM would be added advantage).
• Familiar with OCR and other automation tools.
• Experience and configuration knowledge in VIM bolt on, Invoice Capture Center, Open Text Archive Server, OCR and Integration with SAP AP, AR, GL.
• Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks
• Experience and responsibility for gathering requirements, creating a blueprint, configuring the system, testing, training and supporting the project go-live.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
