Detailed Job Description:
- 8+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support project
- Experience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support
- Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade
- Experience of code / fix push to EMPOS
- Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations
- Experience of SLA based support
- Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS
- Experience of working on incident management tools like ServiceNow
- Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge
- Flexible with work hours
- Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution
- Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately
- Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them
- Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment
- Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model
- Travel as needed
