Detailed Job Description:

• 15 + years of experience
• MDM Functional Knowledge - Informatica MDM preferred.
• Atleast 5+yrs of exp in MDM Domain
• At least 3+ yrs experience in managing large programs with multiple tracks in global delivery model
• Ability to manage both Technical and Business stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and advisory skills
• Keep pace with the technology and work with Architects and consulting group to bring thought leadership to Client stakeholders.
• Working with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs
• Evaluating and assessing the programs strengths and weaknesses
• Monitoring projects and overseeing project leads to ensure goals are met
• Client communication and strategic oversight
• Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
• Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.
• Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• SCRUM experience
• Highly motivate and self-driven, fast learner
• Can work through ambiguity
• Capital Market Domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
