Detailed Job Description:
- Provide support for L1.5 incidents for WCS application KiSoft (Knapp) and Manhattan WMS application.
- Provide resolution for the critical incidents to keep the DC operations running.
- Coordinate with the client and the offshore team members in order to expedite the fixes to incidents.
- Participate in the meetings with client and offshore teams.
- As required prepare test scenarios for testing WCS and WMS applications.
