We need an Oracle DB SME who has hands-on experience and has worked on Oracle cluster environment setups, cando base configurations and Database Migration Hands on experience.

Detailed Job Description:

• Experience in supporting IT operations using an onsite offshore delivery model.
• Good experience on Oracle DB clusters setup and Good experience on SQL versions SQL 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2014, & 2017.
• Good hands on experience on database migrations, SQL Server database & server migration activities.
• Good experience on Database upgrade activities.
• Strong knowledge of backups, restores, recovery models, database shrink operations, DBCC commands, Clustering, Database mirroring, Replication.
• Excellent knowledge and experience on SQL Server, Database collation settings
• Experience on troubleshooting collation issues.
• Experience on Always On high availability (Configuring & troubleshooting).
• Knowledge of SQL Server tools (Profiler, DTA, SSMS, Perfmon, DMA (data migration assistant ) DMVs, system s-procs)
• Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Work independently based on the mentorship provided by managers.
• Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
