Detailed Job Description:

• Windows Server Administration, Active Directory support, VMware admin
• Support Incident, Problem and Change tickets related to Windows servers, VMWare, Active Directory
• Analyzing logs, system messages, Performance troubleshooting, and tuning
• Experience in performing migration activities
• Coordinate with Hardware / Server vendors for hardware / software issues
• Work with Offshore team to ensure seamless Operations support
• Good to have Network, HP 3PAR storage and backup skills
