Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze the requirements to come up with test plan, test scenarios and test cases
- Create SQL queries based on the mapping documents
- Run the Data stage jobs and execute the test cases to validate the table/view definition, data for integrity, correctness
- Work with data architect/developer to resolve any issues in testing
- Create defects and track them for closure
- Test data setup when required
- Tableau/BOBJ report/Universe testing
- Participate in Standup calls daily to understand the priorities, discuss any blockages for testing
- Files upload/download from server (depends on the project
- Cloud testing on Azure to check data migration from multiple sources
Skillset Required:
- Good QA experience in agile methodology using JIRA
- Experience with ETL, Report testing
- Experience with SQL queries
- ETL testing on AZURE/other cloud environments
- Web services testing knowledge
Experience required: 5 Years
