Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Support clients in prioritizing user stories in a product backlog
- Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver CPQ
- Assist BA/Lead in Customization / Integration workshops in collaboration with clients
- Document the Solution Design and translate to Build tasks
- Review test scripts and test scenarios
- Identify issues that could impact scope and work with the project manager to identify solutions
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of Solution Design and requirements assessment experience
- Experience working as a Solution Architect on agile projects
- Structured and logical thinker
- Problem solver
- Inquisitive with ability to interpret customer requirements into solutions
- Ability to work with developers to ensure user stories are clear and well understood
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills
Strong facilitation skills:
- Interest in technology and using it to help people Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in consulting on software implementations involving integrations and customizations at large Fortune 500 companies, preferably with CPQ, CLM, CRM or ERP systems
- Hands on experience with Quote to Cash processes and multiple CPQ solutions (Apttus/Conga and/or Salesforce CPQ experience preferred)
- Bachelors degree
