• Minimum 7 years of PEGA Experience with 2 years as PEGA LSA
• Should have worked as part of PEGA COE
• Understand the requirement and lead responsible for technical delivery of PEGA deliverables
• Experience in PEGA architecture and ability to coordinate with client architecture team to drive end to end solution
• Experience of working in onsite offshore model. Should be able to coach team and help them achieve technical delivery
