Detailed Job Description:

• Senior Consultant with experience on Business Operations Production support in Order management domain.
• Engaging with key stakeholders in analyzing business operations issues on Order Management domain to provide solution for resolution restoring functionality.
• Impact assessment, Order fallout processing corrections.
• 10 years experience in working with leading Telcos in production support area for OSS domain.
• Proven ability in managing Business Operations stakeholders in a functional role
• Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
• Playing a key business operations consultant role in the OSSOrder Management area.
• Attending to day t oday queries from business on Process Application
• Initial triage of an incident which requires application knowledge.
• Work with business users to understand the problem and suggest work arounds, or transfer ticket to Dev team for further analysis
