Detailed Job Description:

• Experience 7 Years in Enterprise Network Design, Implementation troubleshooting
• Experience with SDWAN HCI network integrations highly desired
• Experience with Cisco switching/ routing and advance LANWAN configuration for highly available systems.
• Knowledge of Nexus 9K and later series, with ACI fabric deployment and implementation
• Cisco ISE knowledge is necessary
• Should have strong major vendor technologies architectures LAN/WAN/Wireless Security and products knowledge essential and Comprehensive under
• Technical Project manager with experience in the IT Infrastructure (examples: Network, windows domain migrations, Active Directory)
• Seasoned project manager with good communication skills across all levels of the organization and the ability to manage and mitigate risks
• Able to lead and work with cross functional teams dispersed geographically
• Prior experience with managing programs is desired
• Prior MA experience is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Works closely with business process partners and business stakeholders throughout project delivery to ensure business process changes are aligned to the agreed upon business transformation.
• Works closely and challenges technology architects to drive alignment of the technology to the agreed upon business transformation.
• Responsible for communicating, tracking, and monitoring value realization. Establishes effective processes and procedures for measuring project performance.
• Maintains project progress toward business outcome, as requested by management, rather than narrowly focusing on project specifics without reference to efficiency, quality and value
• Mobilizes others within and outside the project to support and enable change resulting from the projects
• Communicates ideas or positions in a persuasive manner that builds support, agreement or commitment
• Ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
• Analyzes project proposals to determine time frame, funding, risks, and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
• Reviews/approves work plan of external service providers or consultancy contracted to execute project.
• Encourages and facilitates cooperation and results orientation within immediate and extended project team
