Must Have Skills:

Must have at least 5 years of QA-testing experience (preferably both development and testing) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud doing the following:

• Experience being QA lead for sales force marketing cloud implementation project that include Email, SMS and Push channels
• Sales force marketing cloud email specialist and sales force marketing cloud consultant certifications are preferred
• Deep knowledge of sales force marketing cloud platform

Nice to Have Skills:

• Design and development of activity diagrams, context diagrams intersystem dependencies and sequence diagrams, familiarity of the design and development of a use case and UML
• Development and support of test plans acceptance criteria for feature and user stories
• Facilitate and implement change control process to for impact analysis of scope budget and release timelines

Detailed Job Description:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications preferred. Prior experience implementing full cycle projects SFMC is a plus. Experience working in a scrum team and delivering outcomes in an agile environment. Experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Analytics Builder, and Automation studio
