• Minimum working experience in Stibo Product/Customer MDM for 5 years.
• Hands on experience in building the STEP Data model, complex Workflows, Web UI, Match and Merge rules, Deduplication business rules and Administration related activities.
• Should have real time working experience in providing STEP solutions which includes Data Migration using XSLT, Data Modelling, Data Integration using IIEP,OIEP as well as gateway integration endpoints.
• Experience in Data Quality using Completeness score and Matching and Linking, Data Enrichment using Bulk Update, Data export to different legacy systems.
• Working experience in Digital Asset Management, GDSN.
• Onsite Offshore coordination skills
• Client communication and requirement gathering
• Delivering the product on time and with zero issues
