• 8+ Years of experience in New Gen ECM Solutions as a technical consultant, developer, designer and as Architect.
• Capable of defining a Road Map for a client in ECM solution.
• Troubleshoot and implement large and complex ECM integrated Solutions within the client system architecture
• Unix - Basic scripting
• Working exp in Agile methodology
• Java/J2EE - Advanced, Spring - Advanced, Junit- Advanced, iBatis/Hibernate - Intermediate
• Analysing, designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting implementing customer requirements using Newgen
• Hands on experience in using Omni Docs, Omnis Scan and iBPS
• Proficient in Migration and implementation for large scale ECM solutions
• In depth knowledge of Records Manager
• Proven experience having built customized web applications
• Proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as proficient in multiple design techniques.
• Mentor and cross-train less experienced team members
• Excellent at troubleshooting and communicating status, root cause and results.
• Collaborate with development and QA team to prepare tests for assigned tasks.
• Gain and upgrade constantly necessary knowledge of Newgen requirements, and make successful recommendations

• Maintain applications throughout their lifecycle and be responsible for the support development.
• Supports application-related aspects of designing, testing, operating, and improving IT services.
• Responsible for developing the skills required to operate the applications required to deliver IT services
• Assist Overall Delivery Lead in design and review activities
• Detailed Design for respective application components
• Ensure successful completion of detailed design, POC etc.
• Work on estimation and sizing of new proposals
• Review all project deliverables for completeness.
• Work closely with Solution Engineering team at client end.
• Support KT for future releases
• Responsible for co-ordination with Product vendors as needed.
• Should be ready to travel as needed

• Watson Analytics, Records Manager, Box, eDiscovery, WebSphere Administration Server, IBM HTTP Server, DB2, Enterprise Java, VSTS, Web Services, Linux, JSP, SOA,REST,SOAP
• Familiarity with support processes
