Must Have Skills:

1. Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Implementation/AMS experience
2. Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Reports (OTBI and BIP)
3. Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll related Extracts, HDL and Fast Formula

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects
• Minimum two years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support
• Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US.
• Should have good understanding on Oracle Payroll cloud tables
• Responsible for developing new payroll interfaces with third party systems, HCM Extracts, BI reports, and Fast Formulas.
• Able to troubleshoot Payroll technical issues and provide resolution
• Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business on technical requirements, prepare Technical Design Documentation
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Long Beach, CA or be willing to relocate to the area.

• Experience in creating BI reports and payroll reconciliation related activities
• Experience in creating, modifying and trouble shooting
• Experience in creating Fast Formula
• Ability to load the using HDL
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
