Detailed Job Description:

• Lead the modification and management of the Ford Software Vehicle Platform architecture.
• Negotiate the functional allocations to electronic modules with internal and external stakeholders, based on the interfaces, network, and other architectural attributes. Create trade-off analysis artifacts to support the negotiations.
• Participate in cross functional development team discussions to ensure alignment with peers and downstream customers.
• Apply model-based system engineering (MBSE) to define architectural views
• Support the definition of signals transmitted and received on different networks including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
• Create various solution architectures to support re-usability and modularization of vehicle software architecture.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
