Detailed Job Description:

• Monitoring of alerts & escalation/reporting
• Administration and maintenance of appliances
• Ongoing configuration changes, device support, OEM vendor coordination, monitoring, responding & escalation of IPS events
• Signature Updates, rule imports & software version upgrade on the appliances in scope
• Monitor & analyze events
• Backup & Restore of configuration(s)
• Manage and support existing IPS policies
• Create/Delete/Modify new IPS policies based on the requirements
• Fine tune IPS policies
• Co-ordination with network and vendor team to troubleshoot/fix issues
• Create Knowledge documents /Wiki articles.
