Job Responsibilities:
- Resolving Incident and Service Request tickets assigned to the support group
- Analyze the root cause for issues and suggest/implement fixes
- Monthly reporting of the ticket volumetric with SLA details
- Review application logs on daily basis to identify abnormal transactions
- Coordinate with other interfacing applications for issue resolution and fixes
- Implement fixes for critical application issues
- Coordinate with other Project teams working on the future releases for the application
