The engineer will upgrade our eTrust anti virus from v8.1 to Total Defense Release 12.
NOTE: The Department of Corrections requires a background check (conducted by the State) that may require up to 6 weeks to complete before the engagement starts.

There may be some flexibility with the working hours.
The engineer will upgrade our eTrust anti virus from v8.1 to Total Defense Release 12. This will include creating a software deployment package for deployment to the desktops which will remove the old client and install the new one, and install the updated client on our 150 servers.
