Detailed Job Description:

  • Resource should have experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests
  • Resource should be able to do RCA and come up with preventive solutions for issues identified
  • Should have Pega application Pega hands on experience along with CS Framework
  • Should be able to collaborate with Business, Dev and other teams to analyze and fix issues
  • Resource should have experience in Production support processes including SLA, OLAs etc.
  • Problem resolution skills is needed
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should have deployment knowledge
  • Should be able to identify Incident patterns and provide solutions to prevent them
  • Automation knowledge will be added advantage
  • Good to have DevOps skills

Minimum years of experience*: 4+

  1. Resource should have hands on experience in Pega
