Complete Description:

The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) is seeking an experienced software trainer with WEB, business process engineering, and training experiences to lead development and execution of WEB applications training efforts and training boot camps.  The Trainer must have strong verbal and written skills and be able to lead training planning and preparation efforts along with testing of applications prior to end user training.  The trainer will work with the business unit and development team to link the software training to business process and assist in development of business process and standard operating procedures when needed. 

Other tasks will include:

•          Develop course materials and syllabus for end user training and full day training boot camps.

•          Conduct rehearsals and pilot sessions to ensure quality course delivery

•          Prepare classroom and lab prior to student arrival

•          Deliver, review, and analyze course evaluations and exams to determine effectiveness of training sessions.

•          Interface with Engineering and/or other applicable area to ensure course material is accurate and reflects current product features.

•          Interface with Business Subject Matter Experts to ensure course material aligns with policies and practices.

•          Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle
