Detailed Job Description:
- Prepare Infrastructure, receive a licence key, SSL certificate customer
- Initial discovery (appraise installation scenario by assessing current environment: new schema/ Copied Schema. Server, Data Server, etc) SAP/customer
- Review current environment configuration: Site Admin site configuration parameters, custom code, workflows, LDAP/SAP
- HP ALM/QC 15.5 Installation/SAP
- HP ALM/QC Site Admin initial setup/SAP
- Restore ALM project's DBs- SAP/customer
- DB Admin restore ALM projects repositories/SAP
- Upgrade ALM projects/SAP
- Run verification and repair tools/SAP
- Restore users/SAP
- Validate ALM projects- existing project information/ configuration available / SAP
- Configure ALM projects (Site Admin)/SAP
- Use defined existing configuration file (Final)/SAP
- Provide ALM projects enablement (Limited to HP ALM Essentials Edition)- SAP/Customer
- Post upgrade support - UFT testing - SAP/customer
