Job Responsibilities:

The IT Service Technician responsibilities: 

• Install, configure and run new operating systems, and load ISO images on third-party computer towers, and workstations by BIOS setups. 
• Setup computers and install peripherals (PCIe cards). 
• Load ISO images. 
• Basic Software configuration, license loading and factory testing. 
• Products Handling and Repackaging. 
• Troubleshoot and support Development Team with software & hardware testing. 
• Receive, open, manage and ship stock of hardware assets. 

Required Skills: 

• Familiarity with hardware assemblies and GPU installation, displays and graphic applications. 
• Installation of operating systems and reboot using bios setup. 
• Installation of graphic cards and peripherals (PCIe cards) on a computer. 
• Proficiency with Linux, previous work experience required/preferred.
• Proficiency in Remote Control Tools and SSH. 
• Configure Ethernet Local Area Networks 
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Proficiency with BIOS setup and ISO loading. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–4-year degree or technical qualification in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or Related Technology Fields.
• Experience and/or certifications in the following technologies: Linux (Highly preferred) Microsoft Office Applications.
• Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (Desired but not required)
