Detailed Job Description:

• Minimum of 10 years of project/program management experience
• Managed several package implementation projects, preferably CRM such as Dynamics
• Manage a project with large team of 60 resources (onsite and offshore in India)
• Ability to drive executive conversations in steering committee meetings
• Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, problem solving, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Well versed with project management methodologies, tools, and monitor and control measures (includes issue/risk/escalation management, quality assurance, stakeholder management)
• Ability to handle multiple sub-project tracks within a program and deliver the program successfully
• Ability to interface with stakeholders from other tracks outside of the program (such as MDM, systems Integration, etc.)
• Coordinate with respective Client teams for project specific escalated and critical issues
• Effectively collaborate with project team and client resources on technical consultative services during the delivery engagement 
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum project delivery model
