• Should have experience in setting up PMO 
• Must Have Certified PMP Quantitative PMO Skills 
• Ten Years Project Management Framework 
• Project Management Framework Proficiency 
• CMMI Methodology- understanding  and  Experience 
• Experience in Project Management Office PMO function from inception and day to day management 
• Experience working in scaled Agile environments and the governance through quarterly Business reviews 
• Programme Cycle Planning Experience 
• working with financial institutions is preferred 
• Knowledge of Clarity Confluence and Jira Dashboards 
• Plan view RAID issues 
• Proven stakeholder management skills Strong MS office skills powerpoint excel and word 
• Ability to work with Agile Product Owners 
• EPIC Owner Project Managers within the Programme 
• Oversee project programme financials and report significant variances 
• Manage administration behind programme governance 
• Operating Committees Steering Committees 
• Manage all Programme level reporting info different Steercos KDs
