Detailed Job Description:
- Actively provide tool support for resolution of L3 issues ( Crowdstrike )
- Participate in Requirements gathering, design and implementation by collaborating closely with all the stakeholders
- Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
- Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery
- Continually focus on enhancing the performance of the applications
- Work effectively in collaboration with other team members
- Implement new tool functionalities that support changing business requirements
- Develop functions that help improve user experience
- Help Architects and Product Owner to achieve iteration objectives
- Provide technical feedback and support to Iteration Manager
- Validated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a global environment
- In-depth understanding of Agile principles and worked in agile environment
