- 5 years of experience implementing Compensation plans with IBM ICM Varicent
- Design, Build, Implement and Document Compensation plans from Business rules
- Design, Build, Develop and Document Dashboards and Reports
- Configuration, customization and integration of application
- System implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, system solution design.
- Implement end to end automation of the process
- Work on multiple databases to load, extract and transform data.
