Detailed Job Description:

• 5 years of experience implementing Compensation plans with IBM ICM Varicent
• Design, Build, Implement and Document Compensation plans from Business rules
• Design, Build, Develop and Document Dashboards and Reports
• Configuration, customization and integration of application
• System implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, system solution design.
• Implement end to end automation of the process
• Work on multiple databases to load, extract and transform data.
