- UAT facilitation (light project management): Strong Experience in handling and leading the UAT phase
- UAT test case authoring
- Co - ordinate the UAT testing activities with filed users and enabling them
- Track the results, analyze and perform the defect triage
- Quickly connect the dots for overall testing E2E and put a comprehensive test plan together, and coordinate the effort across teams
- Laying down the Test Strategy and detailed Test plan for the project
- Synthesize info from meetings without the need for formal documentation .
- Very good communication skills, candidate is required to co-ordinate meetings and testing activities with business and filed users
- Experience in writing the test cases from Visio workflows - requirement flows are documented in Visio files
- Experience in Genesys Cloud and Email
