Detailed Job Description:

• Solid Understanding of Java Spring boot Rest Services and worked in Global Agile Delivery Model
• Strong Analytical Skills to understand end to end working with Different systems and bringing Automation features
• Performance monitoring and tuning. Should be able to provide input on performance testing and various NFR / SLA which should be setup for a new app. Need to work with Allstate Performance testing team and should be able to analyze the performance test results and provide feedback.
• Should have concrete foundation of utilizing monitoring tools like Datadog/JMeter/Splunk/ LoadRunner so that he/she can provide input and help in setup of these for the new app by working with the Allstate stakeholders.
• Server capacity planning for the new app and disaster recovery setup
• Solid Understanding of Key Performance Monitoring / Testing areas and setting up road map to the team
