Job Duties:

• Demonstrate delivery mindset and thought leadership, while executing in complex multi-client, multi-project environment              
• Work on Web and Mobile Application Testing
• Test Strategy, Plan, and Scheduling.
• Extensively involve in Test design and Test execution.
• Design and execute in Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile modes.
• Log defect, management, and tracking.
• SDLC and STLC phases and testing methodologies, processes
• Identify, lead, manage and schedule of team members.
• Client Reporting, Scrum Demos, Backlog Planning, Retrospectives and Stand-ups.
• Take care of Client Management, Stakeholder Management, Conflict Management
• Set and execute project via QA Management tools ( ALM, Jira, QAC, etc. )
• Work on Manual, Data Migration and Automation testing.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
